Did a quick search and while the country as a whole has a weight problem there may be some correlation between party affiliation and being overweight. I did some cursory searching through some old news articles ranging from 6 to 10 years old talking about linking states with the highest obesity rates and who won that state in previous presidential election. Red states tended to be higher on the list of having a larger percentage of people being overweight.
But again, when the entire country percentage is at something like 70% I’m not sure it matters too much. Grabbed that from the CDC. www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/obesity-overweight.htm
Specifically this line, “Percent of adults aged 20 and over with overweight, including obesity: 73.6% (2017-2018)”
What a fool.
Are right wingers more likely to be overweight than those on the left? It certainly seems that way.

Wow! I’m impressed! I’d better be more careful with my random and idle speculations in future.
I’m down to do dumb quick research when I’m in meetings that should be emails.
