    In Alabama, a rapist can sue for parental rights. Worst case scenario, a 12yo girl raped by her father can’t even give the baby up for adoption if he says no. If she succeeds in giving up her parental rights, Daddykins is now the default guardian: a known child rapist. One would think this is where CPS would get involved… but we’re talking Alabama here.
