    It’s scam to avoid paying money to his victims of course. If ever there was a man who should live out the rest of his days living in a damp cardboard box under a cold bridge without even a scabby dog for company while vainly vainly trying to scrape together enough money to buy a homeopathic remedy for his innumerable skin complaints it’s this twat.

    It’ll never get enacted, but I wished there was a law that put bankruptcy on hold if there was an active financial case against a person… This basically reeks of trying to hide the proceeds of a criminal (like) action.

    There’s several types of bankruptcy, I’m not sure which one he’s trying to use here, but all of them have to go through a judge to be approved, and from what I understand the most common version doesn’t just say “oops, money is gone, my bad”, it’s more of a structured settlement of the debts with payment plans.
