The Gateway: Directed by Michele Civetta. With Shea Whigham, Olivia Munn, Zach Avery, Bruce Dern. A social worker assigned to the care of the daughter of a single mother intervenes when the dad returns from prison and lures them into a life of crime.

It’s a good enough movie, but boy howdy did I not need to see how grim dark the world could be if viewed through a washed up social worker.
