L.A. gangs are sending out crews to prey on the mega-rich, targeting people leaving luxury boutiques, restaurants, and nightclubs, the LAPD said.

    I mean, if you’re going to steal from someone, steal from someone you know has a lot of money. Like, why is this being reporting like it’s anything new? Stealing from people you know have money is as old as money.
