I have an idea… now, hear me out… “Lock him up!” I mean, lock him right the fsck up, and lose the damned key.

You can tell me his plan to raise cash did not involve selling all that stuff to the highest bidder, and I’ll listen more-or-less politely, but I will never believe that he had any other plan. (He has a deep, deep need for half a billion dollars, or so, starting any minute, now*, and there’s no back on the planet that’s going to loan him a dime.)
