My wife has horses and we have previously talked about how ridiculous this is. They tranquilize the horses before they are loaded on. You definitely don’t want a horse to get excited – they could easily punch a hole through the side of the plane and they wouldn’t stop if they hurt themselves doing so.
I am not sure how much of an option this is for people. If they keep reducing the legroom in coach, however, I would opt for a tranquilizer…
as opposed to how they are loaded normally?? do they get business class treatment in a trailer?? no more weed for you today , turn off the computer and go outside.
One is *forced* to wonder… do the horses resent being loaded onto planes like cattle as much as people do?
Also… it’s unclear from this photo how the flight attendants get the drink cart around inside the cabin.
