Then I *will* say that he can’t be a cop. This entire story was one of extreme idiocy and arrogance. Upon learning the threat had passed, they still charged in. The dog, naturally, wants to protect his family from intruders. Officer Donutfucker sees this as an OPPORTUNITY to kill a dog that poses no threat to him (cops are known for this, the dude’s nightstick would’ve fended the pupper off just fine) and fires his weapon in a situation where he had to know that a ricochet could be deadly.

This guy should not be in any position of authority. Former high school bully finding a way to remain a high school bully. Let this guy flip burgers for a few years and learn some humility.
