    Bullshit. Ideas and Innovation come from challenges, not from having the boss looking over your shoulder. 18 months of remote work since Covid has been real clear that productivity is up, moral is up, and creativity is up since not working in the orifice.

    Working from home has increased my team’s productivity and drastically reduced stress because we’re not commuting. Some of us are putting in more hours because of that lack of commute. We’ve been far more willing to stay a little late to push something over the line because we know when we’re done, we just log off and we’re already home. I’m glad we’re not going back to the office any time soon.
