We really need to not let corporations own single residence properties. Or at least cap the number at something reasonable like 5. But if we go with a cap, then we have to monitor for shell corporations that each own the max but there are 150 of those corporations all owned by one mega corp. Basically, I’m trying to avoid punishing a small business person who may own a few rental properties versus a company where the only thing they do is buy up homes and rent them out so that a neighborhood ends up being entirely rental properties.
