there are only 2 officers there, two police cars. the video is shooting from the second cop car’s dashcam. you can sorta see that the cop that was shooting into the distance thought the shooter was over there.
yep , i see now. the second cop went around the car with the camera. why he would go running around the car as his buddy was getting jumped on ? . . . who knows
