This is coming form Luke Harding, known manufacturer of printed horseshit. If you actually read the article, you’d know Harding has know idea what’s in the appendix referenced which supposedly elaborates on his claim. You’d also know that the ever-reliable “Western intelligence agencies” are the authoritative sources behind these claims. What a fucking joke.
Harding was the complete fraud who wrote in 2018 that Paul Manafort had meetings with Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian embassy with no evidence, and which was discredited in the Mueller Report. He was also involved in publishing a WikiLeaks password which led to unredacted documents becoming public. I really doubt if you asked Trump why he did half the things he did, he wouldn’t know. I’d put money on ‘The personal enrichement of Donald Trump. But the fact remains there is absolutely no evidence of any collusion despite all the fabrications of this joke of a journalist or anyone else. The Mueller Report says so plainly. In fact, Trump was harder on Russia than Obama and certainly Biden so far.
the Mueller Report I saw and heard certainly painted the picture of russian collusion they just didn’t want to directly say it due to not wanting to bring charges against a sitting president. Mueller even had to come out and read it and answer questions since Barr was trying to make it sound like you do.
For someone stanning for ‘the party of science’, you don’t seem to have a lot of evidence to support your intuitions. Crowdstrike’s claims about Russian hacking the DNC and Ukraine were both debunked. The Steele Dossier was fabricated by two alcoholic PR agents living in Prague. The original claims of collusion came from “anonymous sources within the CIA”… you know, the organisation that “accidentally” destroyed all copies of their 7000 page report into their torture program when a court ruled it wasn’t exempt from FoI requests.
It’s almost as if… and follow me on this… the whole thing was made up to deflect embarrassment from the Clinton campaign getting caught rigging the primaries to spend more than $1,000,000,000 to lose an election to the most unelectable candidate the world has ever seen. Crazy, I know…

They absolutely have not been debunked, every investigation into that have proven it time and time again. Additionally, they hacked the GOP as well but never released a single thing about it, likely because they already had all the blackmail they needed.
CrowdStrike’s president of services and chief security officer Shawn Henry admitted to the US House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in December 2017 that there was no proof that Russia exfiltrated DNC emails! It was part of the Mueller Report if you even bothered to read the fucking thing, bumblecunt:

2.This sentence is a mischaracterisation of Henry’s testimony: “While he claimed the network environment had been cleaned up by the remediation, Henry also said that in September another attack was noticed which CrowdStrike could not mitigate with the tools used to fix the first attack.” On page 28 of the testimony, Henry says “the second breach was in an environment that had not – did not have our technology deployed into it.” There is no indication of any subsequent breaches taking place on the DNC’s corporate network or any machines protected by CrowdStrike Falcon.

But yeah, it’s my reading comprehension that’s the issue. I’m guessing this accounts for the massive number of zero arrests the report led to for collusion with all this stunning evidence, huh?
I wrote a paper this year on this very issue, and what was also hilarious was that during the FBI’s investigation of the DNC breach, CrowdStrike never provided direct access to the pilfered servers, rebuffing multiple requests that came from officials all the way up to then-Director James Comey. The FBI had to rely on CrowdStrike’s own images of the servers, as well as reports that Justice Department officials later acknowledged were delivered in incomplete, redacted form. James Trainor, who served as assistant director of the FBI’s Cyber Division, complained to the Senate Intelligence Committee that the DNC’s cooperation with the FBI’s 2016 hack investigation was “slow and laborious in many respects” and that CrowdStrike’s information was “scrubbed” before it was handed over. But yeah, totally just trust them.

I also note the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that occurred in December 2017 wasn’t declassified until April 2020… after which Nancy Pelosi invested $1,000,000 into CrowdStrike. But I’m sure that’s just pure coincidence…!:
