unfortunately for some reason he picked up the shooters ar15 and the cop shot on sight. never pick up the bad guys weapons unless yours are empty and they’re still fighting. but most of all when the action is over put your weapon away. cops don’t know who’s who and they really don’t want to die. when the officer pulled up at my shooting we made eye contact while he was pulling up in the car, I immediately placed my pistol on the ground. later at court he said he was so relieved when I did that because his first thought was “if he’s the bad guy I’m screwed” meaning i would have already had the draw on him. of course it’s been 4 years now and I’m still waiting to get my gun back. smh
all 3 are in prison the one that came up behind me and one of the ones in the doorway both got 50 years and the guy who falls out of his shoe in front of the camera was actually shot through the arm , he testified against the other 2 with no guarantees of any kind from the DA , he got 10 years. since the guy who came up behind me didn’t say anything just tried to start shooting but his gun didn’t work. that escalated it from armed robbery to attempted murder. there’s a whole break down in the description on youtube.
I don’t always agree with you, but god damn good job on brining the receipts on this one. I have to admit, I didn’t believe your story at first either because that reads like something some random person from the internet makes up to make a point. But you brought some sources and backed up your claim. That’s how you do it. Glad you came out of this shitty situation (mostly?) okay.
thanks, I came out fine , just a little shook up, almost had to change my underwear. a couple weeks later on the 4th of july I was a bit jumpy with the fireworks, but it went away after about a year or so.
Being the literal “good guy with a gun” seems to still be a bad idea.
