As best I can recall it tasted like honey-glazed ham, so I’d say it was mostly pig with maybe the odd bit of food plant worker depending on how well they enforced safety regs at the time.
I used to hit it with some honey mustard and a handful of american cheese.

what exactly is “honey loaf”? did you use any mayo or mustard or cheese on it?
