    The Alcan is the only highway where you can get away with doing this. I’ve driven it twice. This is early spring. There’s still snow, and the trees haven’t bloomed yet. And the cracked windshield it a common occurrence on the Can.

    It may be legal, but I wouldn’t want to be in crosswind of any sort.
