(Original Caption) Hustler Magazine owner Larry Flynt, shown here in his Los Angeles office 3/5, was gunned down in Lawrenceville, Georgia, a year ago in the midst of an obscenity trial for selling his magazine in Atlanta. A mistrial was declared after the incident, which left Flynt confined to a wheelchair. Flynt says he will return to Atlanta 3/19 to stand trial on local obscenity charges.
