I’d report them and see if that gets anywhere. If not, it’s passive aggressive note leaving time.
I’m kind of surprised someone with a junker hasn’t slammed into the front end with it sticking out at least a good 3 to 4 feet from the end of the line there. Or that it hasn’t happened accidentally. Like, legit accidentally, not “accidentally”.

I’d keep letting his tires down until he got the message
Are the regular size parking spaces filled with compact cars? That happened to me in the REI parking garage when I was trying to park my 1962 Ford Galaxie 500XL convertible. So, I took two compact spots. A woman got mad at me. So I pointed to the regular spots and said: “Compact car! Compact car! Compact car! Compact car! Compact car!” She fell silent, turned, and walked away.
Was the central point of your rebuttal that compact cars were using regular spaces so you were doing so in kind, or was it that all of the regular spaces were occupied by compact cars?
Yeah, if the normal spaces are completely filled then yeah, gonna have to park somewhere right? Can’t really tell from this photo if that is true or not. This is the only vehicle we can even see in this photo.

She was probably in fear for her life…
No, she just realized that she was being VERY two-faced. She walked away in shame.
