Is it?
First paragraph of the link you’ve given to support your point:
The swastika symbol, ? (right-facing or clockwise) or ? (left-facing or counterclockwise), is an ancient religious icon in the cultures of Eurasia. The left-facing version may also be referred to as sauwastika. It is used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Indian religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. In the Western world, it was a symbol of auspiciousness and good luck until the 1930s when the right-facing tilted form became a feature of Nazi symbolism as an emblem of the Aryan race.
Yes cherry-picking, as in you pick from the whole, only that, that suits you.
The second paragraph:
The word swastika comes from Sanskrit: ????????, romanized: svástika, meaning ‘conducive to well-being’.[7][8] In Hinduism, the right-facing symbol (?) is called swastika, symbolizing surya (‘sun’), prosperity and good luck, while the left-facing symbol (?) is called sauvastika, symbolizing night or tantric aspects of Kali.[8]
So yeah, both left, and right facing symbols, are present in Hindu religion, and others.
So yeah, I was right, you were wrong.
So yeah, once again you wanted to be a smart-ass, and ended up a dumb-ass.
And no, you don’t have to agree with me, just as the flatearthers don’t have to agree with NASA, and shit.
How could you miss: “it was a symbol of auspiciousness and good luck until the 1930s when the right-facing tilted form became a feature of Nazi symbolism as an emblem of the Aryan race.”, in the first paragraph of the source YOU CHOSE?
In the Western world, it was a symbol of auspiciousness and good luck until the 1930s[4] when the right-facing tilted form became a feature of Nazi symbolism as an emblem of the
Aryan race. As a result of World War II and the Holocaust, many people in the West still strongly associate it with Nazism and antisemitism.[5][6] The swastika continues to be
used as a symbol of good luck and prosperity in Hindu and Buddhist countries such as Nepal, India, Mongolia, China and Japan. It is also commonly used in Hindu marriage ceremonies.
I think my answer might infuriate you but it’s honest. The restrictions lifted and tax credits Trump did for businesses in 2017 created more money distributed to the industry I work in, my career. There was a trickle down effect with it and my industry has jumped significantly. I’m in advertising. Those cuts lead to more money allocated to marketing, which make agencies generate more business, and those agencies earned more, paid their employees more and those employees spent more.
Trickle down has never worked. Its why we barely have a middle class and low income house holds have tripled in size since the 80’s. Not to knock your vote, you can vote how ever you want, it why this country is great….just wish we didn’t have to vote between the lesser of two evils.
Then how do you explain why my line of work benefited from the tax breaks in 2017? More money freed up from business allowed spends on advertising and companies that place advertising got more clients and made more money and paid their employees money who then purchased more goods. Is that not a trickle down? It was a jagged little pill to swallow either way I went to the point I almost didn’t even vote. But I did vote. I also wanted to post to this image to make the point that I also have the same tattoo as the guy. Ok that was a joke. Mine is on my back.
as you can imagine, I’m in advertising as well and the last 10 years has been a literally downhill shit show that has not done well at all. I make 1/10 what I did 5 years ago, and 1/100 of what I did ten years ago.
I’m sorry to hear that. I guess it depends on which company. If you are looking to make a move let me know as we are hiring. You and I are connected on LinkedIn. I’ve been posting here for 12 years buddy! Politics aside, feel free to reach out. I do have to know, my first post was in 2008 – am I one of the oldest posters??
advertising industry on the whole is self destructing, as of today there’s literally only a single company in control of the entire shebang, google, and they’ve black listed me because I like boobs and they have a moral compass that doesn’t.
I was totally wrong on Trump winning. He’s going to be gone, the people have spoken. But, I do think it’s justified to put the same level of scrutiny to this election as the Dems did to the 2016 election. We have to balance it out and then in 2024 hopefully we can get back to a level of political civility.
Deplorable.
Hindu Believes Matter
The rotation is incorrect for Hinduism.
The incorection is yours:

Now stop “cherry-picking”, and read the whole thing. Looking at the pictures could help too.
Do you really believe…in your heart of hearts….that this man is a practising Hindu….?
Not the point what he believes, or not.
No….you brought up Hinduism.
And I asked what you believe….
Cherry picking…? lol
The first fucking paragraph (You know the initial summerization of the article), disputes your point.
I could agree with you, but then we’d both be wrong.
Yes cherry-picking, as in you pick from the whole, only that, that suits you.

Now your just being a cunt.
Let me quote the whole thing:
So, yeah, you keep on “sinking”.
You’re, obtusely, reinforcing my point; but whatever, I’m done with you.
I can explain it for you, but I can’t understand it for you.
So do you really believe this man is a Hindu….?
Why else would you bring it up…?
You never answered…
Well, personally I would believe, that He believes in Tequila!
Among other things, sarcasm, the thing vast majority of “Americans”, are oblivious too.
You defended that “sarcasm” pretty hard…
What’s is sarcasm.
I’m in Charlotte NC, I voted for Trump. He’s going to win NC.
Why did you vote Cheeto and not American?

> is that not trickle down
it is not, no. good on you for voting though, just wish you saw the larger picture. If trump does win, this will likely be our last election.

Agreed, boobs are nice. I’m still banking on paid AOL subscriptions to come back in style. That will teach the google.

This has generated a lot of comments.
Who would have thought some arsehole showing off his nipple would attract such attention?
Indeed it has.
