I got no less than four e-mails from Expensify a couple days ago when they e-mailed every single employee of every single client they have telling them to vote for Biden (I currently work with — and have worked for — a few different employers where I still have e-mail addresses). I assume this wouldn’t count as voter intimidation because it’s for the candidates you prefer, right?
You’re right to ask the question, but there is a massive difference between e-mailing your customers, you are not a captive audience, and telling your employees that they’re going to lose their jobs if they don’t vote for your guy.
