Directed by Tommy Lee Wallace. With Tom Atkins, Stacey Nelkin, Dan O’Herlihy, Michael Currie. Kids all over America want Silver Shamrock masks for Halloween. Doctor Daniel Challis seeks to uncover a plot by Silver Shamrock owner Conal Cochran.

Obviously they wanted to pivot to this franchise being an anthology, but this mediocre outing didn’t do those plans any favors. There’s a kernel of a good Twight Zone episode here, but I struggle to agree that it should have been a feature film. It’s not a bad film, but neither is is memorable.

    If this movie didn’t have the Halloween franchise attached it would probably be looked upon more fondly.
