Purchased on August 1, 2016 according to Amazon, but i have no memory of why I bought it, I just know that it was the next book on my kindle that wasn’t read yet. Yes, my queue is that far behind, but in my defense, I routinely put other books, movies, and general life stuff ahead of the absolute queue.
There’s a distinct Blade Runner feel to the whole book, but that feeling is uneven and at times convoluted with other story concepts that really don’t fit well with the main story line, at times going in and out of different situations at a jarring speed that had me going back and forth between chapters just to see if I had missed something or not. I don’t think I did, but I honestly think this book was either written by more than just one person, or was adapted from a much shorter story and had side plots added in to pad the length.
