It’s even worse with a boss that micro manages in the new work from home environment my company has switched to. Every 20 minutes there’s a “hey, how’s it going?” I’ve started responding “Trying to work but people won’t stop messaging me” and that seems to keep him at bay for a few hours. It would be one thing if I wasn’t getting my work done but god damn man, I’m coming in ahead of schedule on most projects.
