BEIRUT, LEBANON – AUGUST 13: A view of the Port of Beirut after a fire at a warehouse with explosives led to massive blasts on 4th August in Beirut, Lebanon on August 13, 2020. Although the shock of the deadly explosion is still on them, the people of Beirut are admirable for their resistance, healing each other’s wounds day by day. On Aug. 4, the explosion of a warehouse in the Lebanese capital filled with nearly 3,000 tons of ammonium nitrate took at least 200 lives, also leaving around 6,000 injured and 300,000 people homeless in the massive blast zone. Now, the streets of Beirut are just like war zones with the destroyed buildings, shattered roads, smelly garbages scattered almost everywhere. (Photo by Aysu Bicer/Anadolu Agency via Getty Images)
