Based on the same comic book series that the 2013 movie was based on, this television series has all the same basic story points, but goes in completely different directions, with the divergence starting at the end of episode one. It’s a good story, with fantastic special effects, and an excellent but nonsensical world for the characters to thrive in.
I do have some questions about that world they find them in and was constantly frustrated by the focus on the internal politics of the passengers instead of fighting the freeze outside of the train. I can only hope that season two will bring more PVE instead of PVP story elements.
