Recently played through. It’s the original game with redrawn art. Nothing more. I mean, it’s a fun time, classic Lucasarts adventure game with some geniunely funny parts. But the audio still sounds like 8-bit WAV files (no, not 8-bit like the NES) and the controls are a product of their time. Enjoyable, but don’t go in expecting a modern experience.
I also had it when it was first released. “I ain’t puttin’ my lips on that” is still a joke repeated in games today. And that motorcycle fight through the canyon – what a pain if you didn’t get the timing just right!

I had this game back in the day, loved it. One of my fav point and click adventures from Lucasarts. Preorder it and wasn’t disappointed.
