    Considering how limited the actual destruction or looting was, I’d wager it’s still there and likely open and doing business, ignoring all covid-19 containment suggestions.

    I live in a place where virtually no businesses have bars in their windows and I heard fleets of sirens and helicopters every night for a week. There was looting all over the bay area and these riots were, and still are, happening nation wide. The word riot does not mean peaceful protest.

    Funny how the “protect property at all costs” crowd never post anything about people whose shit actually does get destroyed in the protests. Here’s one for ya:

    The officer who knelled was in jail in like a day and the rest of the cops who were present were arrested and charged within days. The justice system is operating. The restaurant guy probably has insurance and its not like his restaurant is making him any money being closed for covid. He’s publicly requesting an insurance scam.

    Except that other folk have been executed by the police since this started. This is an ongoing problem, not a single incident.

    The destruction was entirely by cops. We literally saw cops setting fire to their own vehicles to make the movement look bad.
