Black leaders call Trump’s Tulsa rally plan ‘a slap in the face’

Black leaders say it’s disrespectful to hold the event on Juneteenth, the day marking the end of slavery in the U.S. Tulsa community leader Sherry Gamble Smith calls it a “slap in the face” to hold the rally in Tulsa.

    Pretty sure since Republicans ended slavery, and done everything we could to allow the black population equality as the Democrats fought us kicking and screaming, as can hold whatever rallies we want that day.

    I mean, it isn’t like cops in GOP controlled cities are shooting black men in the back. Like happened, yet again, in Atlanta, a Democrat stronghold in the south.
