Thank you Mr. Dougal, that is humbling.

I think, if you widen your perspective you would find I’m hardly unique. That is a weakness all humans share, we really only know our own experiences, and only seek knowledge about our own interests. I happen to have experiences, and been exposed to a different experiences then many.

The problem is the man wants to keep us divided. White/black, rich/poor, rural/urban.

And it is easy to do, because whites and blacks are different, if only because of their experiences growing up. I never had local cops, and even as a paramedic I see the state police only a couple dozen times a year. I never was warned by my parents to be scared of the police. I don’t have to worn my kids to be scared of the police.

And Pennsylvania keeps a much tighter leash on our police then the rest of the country. I watch cops or live PD & I am shocked both by their actions and the sheer number of cops that show up.

urban people do not understand rural lives. Mike Rowe had a good Ted talk about castrationing sheep, and how it was really done, vs what he had researched. It is worth looking up. It is easy to divide urban / rural, and it is why you have such problems in California and Oregon & Washington. It is why I fear Pennsylvania will be the next “bloody Kansas.

Most of us Nuts are white, and we have White people problems. People always look to their own problems first, and are often unaware of problems of other groups. When I graduate there wasn’t a single black kid in A high school In my entire county. It wasn’t, and still isn’t an area with racial strife, or even racism (fair amount of ignorance) because damned near everyone is white, and the few that are not tend to be business owners & respected members of the community.

Most, but not all of us nuts are white, and that is changing more and more every day.
And we are a group of values.

Check out the Pafoa forum, And you’ll see what I mean. We don’t just care about things like the murder of LaVoy” Finicum because he was white. We care because it oppression by the State.

But the media doesn’t make it sound that way, and people rarely leave their own personal Bubbles.
