When you steal, trespass, Or loot you are literally stealing the Time, effort, and life of the person who worked to obtain those properties. There are few things more heinous.
It is also why taxation at any level is so offensive, and is nothing other then slavery. It is why only the most essential functions should ever be provided for by government.
Depends on the human. Property is earned by investing a portion of someone’s life. Taking that property is stealing that part of their life they spent to acquire that property. Property rights are human rights.
In many cases they are, but major corporations usually don’t give a fuck about their overly insured property. People that own their own shit usually arm themselves and stand in front of the building and that normally prevents destruction.
Insurance doesn’t cover riots.
