Many of the deaths have nothing to do with CV 19.
Pennsylvania has been cooking the books. County coroners started calling out the state secretary of health for lying about cv -19 deaths in their county.
Additionally I personally know of several cases (more then a half dozen) where the state returned death certificates because they wanted them changed to CV 19, even though it was unrelated, including a drowning & a stillbirth. which has happened in at least 2 counties I have personal knowledge of.
your first sentence is correct, but that’s the horror that we all knew was coming, in that the covid patients would be taking the beds that normal patients would need to survive whatever unrelated ailment they had.

I’m a paramedic. Part of my job is fairly regularly dealing with funeral home director’s doctors, corners and County EMA directors.
In Pennsylvania at least (because of our commonwealth structure) a lot of things like death certificates get filed through local officers as opposed to be handled at a state or regional level.

Mechanical CPR devices can safely and effectively provide CPR during transportation. Allowing transportation to a cardiac Cath Lab and clearing of the blockage.
