Movie Adaptation

This is one of the best movie adaptations that I’ve ever read, hands down, no joke. It’s only three issues long, but the entire story feels complete and everything just works perfectly. Is that because of the fantastic source material? Or is that because of the adaptation author, Andy Schmidt? Guess I’ll need to find more of his work and find out!
