Hard to say. They did made duel fuel coal/hmgas stoves before building codes required single fuel use for chimneys/vents. Which is dumb. It should be single source venting.

Most were designed to use the same ovens/burners for both coal/wood and gas.

It is possible this one is uses coal for the left, gas for the right.
