I think what I am really enjoying about a lot of these photos is that in the ones with the TV in them, the TV isn’t the focus of the living room. I think if we were to take pictures of these same types of rooms today we’d see the TV is the focus. All the seating is usually situated for TV watching. Any seating that isn’t? That’s where the dog sits.
