MY author pages don’t seem to be working completely. Page 1 &n 2 load fine, past that I get a 404 error “Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.”
Looks like that’s something that came over from the old site, it’s calculating the page numbers based on a different number from the page contents, it does it for all authors I think.
I still have several backups though, soooo
Just a damned inconvenient time. There was a meme floating around on there I needed to use on my wife last night, couldn’t find it.

Good news! Five months later, I have fixed the issue and now there’s no 404s. What was happening is that I had code in to make all the archives use 50 posts and not 20, but the paginations were still calculating the page numbers off the original 20, so like half the pages were just 404. No content was lost, yay.
a lot of the tags appear to be missing (or are they no longer mandatory?).
Pages paint slightly quicker, the font is clearer & pages seem to be better spaced. Nice.
I’ve been slacking on doing the tags, primary reason is that I just didn’t do them, busy doing other stuff.
secondary reason is that I’m waiting for IP addresses to work correctly. All the sites are working right, but they’re on the wrong servers, still.

1 – what browser is you doing?
2 – have you tried the site in an incognito window yet?
3 – try it in another brower

1 chrome 2 just tried incognito and same no pictures only white boxes 3 just tried firefox and get two side by side rows WITH pictures 4 no 5 too many redirections 6 piri piri chicken lo mein
sounds like chrome is doing something stupid with the images, because there are no redirects going on right now for images.
Actually, now that I really look into it, it’s the img.myconfinedspace.com link that’s broken. That would only affect a browser if the referral headers were missing or broken.
I can fix it, here’s the broken image that’s likely trying to load on your chrome browser, it’ll work when I get it fixed:
