When you want your car not to be a death trap.
When you need those streams you fish in protected from polluters.
When you don’t want the rivers to catch on fire.
When you don’t want the streetlights to have to burn during the day for you to see through the fog.
When you need protection from unscrupulous businessmen.
When need a hand during tough times.
When you’ve suffered a natural disaster.
When your Country is threatened by an enemy power.
When you need support for the arts so life isn’t a constant live stream of Honey Boo Boo.
When you need safe air travel.
When you need warnings of severe weather.
When you need help with how to manage your crops.
When you need help with your garden.
When you don’t want your National Parks turned into mines and oil and gas fields.
When you need important information for your business disseminated.
When you have a greedy, immoral, criminal as a President trying to subvert the rule of law.
