They are plastic minnow buckets from the 70s and early 80s; the tubes on the sides are floats and the black rectangle on top is a spring loaded swing-in trap door. I can’t think of what they are being used for; but the rest of the modifications seem pretty smart, so I can’t help but think it’s a pretty good reason.
What are the yellow and white things and are they a part of the rear suspension?
