I’m liking this series, though having The Joker be the bad guy yet again is a well traveled road.

Why yes, it’s yet another #1 issue from the geniuses at Marvel Comics!

I’m financially invested in this story now, but I’m not mentally invested.  I chose to read this issue first

I’m thinking my original assumption was correct again, this is just a retelling of the Fantastic 1234 story.  There’s a great yet stupid scene of Doctor Doom blasting The Kingpin and the Kingpin somehow coming away from the fight as the winner.  Visually it’s pretty cool, but logically, not so much.

This was not available at my LCS.  Who’s at fault?  Marvel? Diamond? My LCS? Me?

I’m really digging these one shots, they really make me hungry for more stories from this time period.

Of the three (3!) books that feature Han Solo, this is a close first or second.  The movie adaptation is garbage compared to this and the mainline Star Wars series.

I’ve never been a Conan fan.
