Sony’s first solo foray into the “Spider-Man” universe after striking a deal with Marvel is a hit with audiences despite a critical pounding.

“Venom” was an ok film that had nearly nothing to do with the original comic book character and I have major doubts about Sony’s Marvel Movies, but maybe they’ll be able to pull something off despite not having a solid start?

    I find it irritating that Marvel has to beg a subpar electronics company to use their own character in their own cinematic universe.

    blame it on their mismanagement back in the 80s and 90s that resulted in them going bankrupt and having to sell off all their shit.
