The change in artists is jarring, but they’re back to the style of art for the series that I remember from volume one.
-
The cover is a three panel fold out that surprised me. The story inside has been told a few times (scarlet <3 snake eyes on a boat) and does not feature anyone that’s on the cover, but man that cover is great.

I’m not sure if I’m a fan of having this world altering series come out monthly while other issues of the world are coming out at the same time. At the end of the day the other series were off doing their own thing in other universes (shadowman) or doing flashbacks (x-o manowar), but I think it would have served everyone better if this was a weekly for an entire month.
-
I still need to pick up the first issue of this (or just get the TPB), but the fourth issue wrapped up the story in a satisfying way with art that was on par with what I expect from a Dredd book.

This was on my pull list at LOCG, but I neglected to actually order it or even pick it up after noticing my negligence.
-
Not the last issue? I thought this was a four issue mini series, but it’s not. The art is fantastic, the story is middling, but maybe it’s going to go somewhere in issue 5?
-
A story that doesn’t matter in a series that’s already been canceled, but for the completionists out there you get to see how Poe Dameron does a thing!
-
These books are good, but good grief they are dense. This one I had to read in a couple sittings, there’s just so much going on with each page, I really wanted to let it soak in.
-
I’m not really too happy with this flashback story over 4 months, but I guess they had to do something with X-O while the Harbinger’s war story was going on. I’m not happy with what they did with X-O in that story either, so I’m really hoping they get back to stories that are palatable in the main series.
