Apple snags TV adaptation of Asimov’s “Foundation” sci-fi series

The books have been notoriously difficult to adapt.

I dont’ see how they would be difficult to adapt, it’s a pretty simple concept that goes completely off the rails in the last book.

    I dunno.
    I’d be very impressed if they manage to get the idea of the Mule across on the small screen in any way close to how the book handles him.
    Plus the whole mathematics angle…
