In the future, no one will leave their home out of fear of being caught doing something passingly stupid.
People do stupid things.
Welcome to a form of the police state.
people do stupid things and now evidence of that is prevalent due to video recording , but people do that themselves and has nothing to do with police. just makes their job easier when evidence is so easy to come by. less false arrests and more guilty people in trouble. win win.
I wholeheartedly agree that in matters of different rank or positions, a video record is almost mandatory.
I am using “police” in the less formal form, for example the “grammar police”; those who critique in a presumptuous or arrogant manner. Almost nobody enjoys being criticized for every little stupid or minor infraction. Almost everybody occasionally does stupid things for lots of reasons; who wants that crap to be an immortalized reminder on the interwebs? Hence my point: In the future, no one will leave their home out of fear of being caught doing something passingly stupid.
I especially despise people who, similar to what the Paparazzi has become, behave like little insects climbing out of the woodwork to document (and monetize on) people simply being daily people.
There is so much that can be said on this subject. I appreciate that your reply allowed me to clarify my word use.
She was probably on at least two cameras owned by the restaurant. She was just too caught up in her own self-important entitlement to think about it until she saw a human actively pointing a camera at her. She reacts poorly to the realization of being filmed because she already KNEW she was acting like a dumb-ass and she was embarrassed. Stupid people should be subject to public humiliation else they will never learn. If that bitch had tried to grab my phone I would have followed her out to her car and to get her plate on video, all the while letting her further embarrass herself and commit acts of assault.
I’ve got to admit that I am surprised at you Soong, you usually think things through more thoroughly.
There was much self-important entitlement to go around here.
I believe that you are correct about Her reacting poorly out of embarrassment, She likely had no previous experience to draw from and defaulted to the tantrum scale.
There is a difference between being filmed doing dumb-ass things on a closed circuit security camera, and being filmed doing dumb-ass things on the internet.
There are much better ways to teach than public humiliation.
Where she flipped because some asshole was filming her…?
Right.
Do you think there would have been an assault if he wasn’t being an asshole…you know…not filming her…?
I think she would have done that regardless of if he was holding is phone up or not, just looking her direction would have even caused her to flip out inappropriately

I agree.
This is a pretty minor incident between the woman and the restaurant.
Only an asshole chucklehead films someone having a bad day….
did you guys all miss the assault that took place at the end of this movie?
No, but that’s a whole nother discussion.
They both have fault, but I can relate to her more than I can the self satisfied cockroach making the video.
Oh, please.

I think you missed the part of the video there Tiki.
She was reacting to the phone…
she was reacting to everything around her, the phone was the least of her problems.
