What does it do exactly ?
Hello, person born in the 90s. This device allows you to play audio through a tape deck, typically in an antiquated automobile.
Also available in 8-Track!

I know that I do not understand the relevance of most of your statement, But I am sorry about you having your Walkman stolen.
Just trying to show, that I know what a cassette is.
What I don’t know, is how this Bluetooth adapter is supposed to work.
You pair your phone with the cassette, you play your music through the Bluetooth cassette and thus through the car speakers. You’ve been able to buy the same thing but with a cord and headphone plug for decades.

Thank you.
Guess tapes are making a comeback too.
