my mistake , you said “guess who the kid is going to sue” my guess would be the city and department that she worked for. suing lawyers you hired rarely works out for people, but cities and departments often have budgets for paying off lawsuits. sorry you didn’t figure that into your equation

Why the fuck would they sue the organization that assisted her in fighting for her right to have a job she was qualified for? They would sue her employer for failing to provide safeguards (training, backup, whatever) that could have prevented the fatality.
