    Oh for Christ’s sake, what the hell is he doing??!? those starches coating the pasta help it cling to the sauce to maximize the deliciousness per bite.

    some people just want to see the world burn. I knew someone once that she’d cook the pasta, then cook the sauce and leave the two of them separate. She’d only combine them on her own plate, not in the pan or anything.

    Also, if she made meatballs, those stayed separate too!
