The authors have taken the above basic premise and stretched it to be a 78 page book. There’s some references that I didn’t bother to look up, I was only reading this to see what exactly their arguments were for fasting, which took about half of the book to get to that answer. There’s good points made here, but I’m not sure I’d be happy without eating for a full 24 hour period, several time a week as they suggest in the final quarter of the book.
