The Mighty Thor, a powerful warrior reignites an ancient war.

I remember being humored by how quickly Thor was humiliated and cast out from Heaven/Asgard, then learning humility and honor and being accepted back into the pantheon of heroes. I still get that sense, but I think the timing works out in the movie’s favor, no need to belabor the point, as we have bigger story elements to get to.
