    The pacer was a pretty little car.
    Unfortunately a little ahead of its time style wise, and not very well built.

    That era’s equivalent to the Aztec is good analogy. Fugly, unreliable & at that time not very economical, so they sold it on roominess. The widest wheelbase of any small car… (I’m paraphrasing) It should have come with a supply of paper bags for the driver to wear, eye cut outs included.
