    Sometimes cultures broken by devastation have difficulty recovering…even centuries later.

    Practical genocide did that to the native North Americans.

    Yeah… Propensity… How did I not see that.

    I am still sticking with my “propensity-lacking” argument that if black lives matter so much – then black people should kill each other less. This would save many more lives.

    And it might convince the police that black people were less of a threat.

    Win-win as far as I am concerned.
