During the coldwar, CIA agent Solo and KGB agent Kuryakin team up to stop an international criminal organization from destabilizing the fragile balance of power and creating a worldwide catastrophe.

I wanted to like this movie, and indeed it has many likable qualities, the actors are great, the set dressing and costumes are amazing, but there’s a glue missing to tie it all together. The story is passable, nothing major to complain about there, but it just didn’t pop the way I was expecting it to.

Great to watch if you have an afternoon to kill, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to see it.
