    What is it with modern cops being such pants-shitting cowards that they have to shoot non-threats? Even compliance doesn’t guarantee survival.

    Turns out the guy was drinking and started a chase when the cop flashed his lights.

    No excuse for that shit, but pumping a few rounds into the guy as he tries to exit the wreck….and then spending the next few minutes collecting your casings isn’t exactly what EMS was designed for.

    The guys wife died at the scene, and the guy got a bullet in his C-spine.

    The incident was classified as an accidental discharge.

    No wonder cops are getting a bad rap these days.
